Platform-Specific Information
The Java-based GUI for our UNIX ports (pictured below) offers functionality
similar to that of SecretAgent for Windows' Explorer View.

The SecretAgent 5.9/Java Main Dialog
Files may be encrypted, or encrypted and signed, decrypted,
or validated by simply selecting them and clicking the appropriate
toolbar button. The encryption dialog allows you to quickly set
processing options (or accept your default settings), as well as
select recipients' certificates from one or more local caches or
LDAP queries:

The dialog used to modify preference settings for
the active user profile employs an intuitive tree view to organize
the various options:

All certificate management functions are handled using
the integrated Certificate Explorer module:

SecretAgent 5.9/Java's Certificate Explorer Module
Certificate Explorer allows you to manage your local
certificate stores and to configure the (parametrizable) LDAP queries
that you want to use in SecretAgent's Encryption Dialog. Certificates
may be inspected, validated, and imported/exported in a variety
of standard formats. Certificate Explorer will even manage
your CRLs, automatically updating them as required.
Command line executable (and linkable library) versions
of SecretAgent are also available on all supported platforms. Additional
information is available here.
