Contacting ISC Technical Support

If you are experiencing difficulties with our software, or have a question about a product you have already purchased, our technical support representatives can help. To help expedite this process, please have the following information available before contacting ISC:

  • your name, organization, and phone number
  • the ISC product name, version, and serial number
  • your platform (relevant hardware/operating system information)

Technical Support Policy

Technical support (including free upgrades) for an ISC product is normally provided for a period of one year commencing on your purchase date as part of our standard licensing agreement.

This standard 1-year technical support period can be extended by purchasing a renewable maintenance contract. Annual maintenance agreements ensure continued access to technical support and software updates.

NOTE: ISC only provides technical support for software applications developed by ISC. This includes ISC security applications marketed by AT&T, but does not extend to other AT&T services such as security alarm monitoring, telephone equipment, long distance service, and AT&T WorldNet service. Please contact AT&T directly if you are having technical problems with one of their product lines.

ISC also provides tier 2 technical support for the HP Praesidium CDSA 1.2 CSPs. To obtain technical support for these products, you should first contact your tier 1 HP support personnel.
